New project is heading on on march 2025 in Anno Stalos, Chania. 2 store holiday house with size of 120 sqm, with balcony, build-in kitchen, build-in closets, 2 bathrooms and terrace for wonderful family building from scratch on beautiful olive grove plot of 2900sqm with approximately 40 olive trees. House has metal frame, Bricks, insolation and ceramet roof with Solar energy. During the construction only 1 tree braches were cut. Olive trees are holy in Crete, they need to be kept!

All construction materials are used are in high quality. Each construction step is by mandatory supervised and proved by Construction engineer as they call in Greek Machanikos and with the Governmental representative. Technical prove is done with several checks and stamps strictly following with National construction and safety standards.
